The staff, especially Ondar, was very professional and made sure my stay was confirmed and comfortable. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The view from my room was absolutely amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of Turkish delicacies.
